Announcement of Fourth Interim Dividend

The Company has today declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the year ended 30 April 2009  of  1.63p net (2008 1.68p) per Ordinary 25p share which will be payable on 19 June 2009 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 29 May 2009, provisional ex dividend date 27 May 2009.  This represents a total Ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 April 2009 of 6.52p (2008 6.27p).
