Announcement of Fourth Interim Dividend

The Company has today declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the year ended 30 April 2010 of 1.63 pence net (year ended 30 April 2009: 1.63 pence) per Ordinary 25p share which will be payable on 18 June 2010 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 28 May 2010, ex dividend date 26 May 2010.

This represents a total Ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 April 2010 of 6.52 pence (year ended 30 April 2009 6.52 pence).
