Announcement of First Interim Dividend

15 August 2013

The Company has today declared a first interim dividend in respect of the year ending 30 April 2014 of 1.34p per Ordinary 25p share which will be payable on 16 September 2013 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 23 August 2013, ex dividend date 21 August 2013.

The payment of 1.34p per share represents an increase of just over 3% on the 1.30p per share paid in respect of the same period last year.
