Announcement of Fourth Interim Dividend

The Company has today declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the year ended 30 April 2011 of 1.63p net (year ending 30 April 2010: 1.63p) per Ordinary 25p share which will be payable on 17 June 2011 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 27 May 2011, ex dividend date 25 May 2011.

This represents a total Ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 April 2011 of 6.52p (2010 6.52p).
