The Company has today declared a first interim dividend in respect of the year
ending 30 April 2008 of 1.53p net (2007 1.45p) per Ordinary 25p share which will
be payable on 17 September 2007 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 31
August 2007, ex dividend date 29 August 2007.
