plc announces the following:

The  Company's  capital  at  30 November  2010 consisted  of 24,516,202 Ordinary
Shares of 5 pence each.  The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

Therefore,  the  total  number  of  voting  rights  in  Elderstreet  VCT  plc is
24,516,202.

The  above  figure  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the denominator for the
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their
interest  in, or a  change to their  interest in, Elderstreet  VCT plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
