Issue of Equity

The Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has made the following
allotment under Offers for subscription dated 1 November 2005 ('the 10% Offer')
in accordance with the pricing formula set out in the offer document.

On 4 April 2006,  325,614 Ordinary Shares of 5p each were allotted under the 10%
Offer at a price of approximately 68.89p per share.

Following the this allotment the Company has allotted a total of 954,686
Ordinary Share of 5p under the 10% Offer.

Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.
