Issue of Equity

The Directors of Elderstreet VCT plc announce an allotment on 16 April 2013 of  211,842 ordinary shares of 5p each issued at a price of 67.5p per share (in accordance with the pricing formula) pursuant to the Offers for Subscription that opened on 14 January 2013.

Application for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.

As a result of the above allotment of shares, there are now 31,155,700 Shares in issue.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
