Elderstreet Downing VCT plc announces that Shore Capital and Corporate Limited
and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited have resigned as joint sponsor and
broker to the Company respectively with immediate effect. Messrs Howard
Kennedy continue to act as sponsor to the Company and Rathbone Neilson Cobbold
have been appointed as broker.
