NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company (LSE: MODE), announces today that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday 14 September 2023 at Locke Lord (UK) LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3AB.

In connection with this, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders, together with the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy will shortly be made available on the Company's website at: www.modeplc.com/investors/annual-general-meetings
