Proposed Change of Name

The Company hereby confirms that, by a resolution of the board of directors dated 17th August 2023 in accordance with the Company's articles of association, the directors have resolved to change the name of the Company to R8 Capital plc ("Change of Name").

The Change of Name will take effect upon the issuance of a Change of Name Certificate by the UK Registrar of Companies.

The ticker "MODE" will remain unchanged.

A further announcement will be released to confirm the Change of Name.
