Change of Name

Further to the announcement dated 21 August 2023, where the Company announced its decision to change its name to R8 Capital plc, after further consideration and pursuant to a board resolution passed on 31 August 2023, the Company decided to change its name to R8 Capital Investments plc and today confirms the change of name has taken effect.

The Company's website address is now www.r8plc.com

The Company's TIDM, MODE, will remain unchanged as will its ISIN (GB00BKX8NT01), SEDOL (BKX8NT0) and LEI (2138001BLO7EORII7E91) numbers.

Shareholders should also note that their holdings of ordinary shares in the Company will not be affected by the change of name. Furthermore, existing share certificates should be retained as they remain valid for all purposes and new share certificates will not be issued.
