Benoit Scheen appointed Executive Vice Presiden...

Brussels,  27 July 2011 - Mobistar  today announces that  Benoit Scheen has been
appointed  Executive Vice President of Europe (excluding France) by the Board of
Directors  of France Télécom-Orange. In this role, Benoit Scheen will be part of
the  Group's Executive  Committee and  report directly  to the chairman Stéphane
Richard.  He will take up his new responsibilities as from September 1(st )2011.
Until then he remains CEO of Mobistar.
