MobilityOne Limited (the 'Company') announces that Lim Lae Yong has, on 15
January 2008, disposed of her entire shareholding of 7,305,341 Ordinary Shares
of 2.5p representing approximately 7.78% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of
the Company.

Following the disposal, Lim Lae Yong no longer has a notifiable interest in the
Company.
