MobilityOne Limited (the 'Company') announces that Wong Ah Kaw @ Wong Mun Sang
has today disposed of his entire shareholding of 6,494,905 Ordinary Shares of
2.5p representing approximately 6.91% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of
the Company. Following the disposal Wong Ah Kaw @ Wong Mun Sang no longer has a
notifiable interest in the Company

The Company also announces that Hi-Band Network Sdn Bhd has today acquired
6,494,905 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p representing approximately 6.91% of the issued
Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
