MobilityOne Limited ('Company') announces that it has received notification from
Wong Ah Kaw @ Wong Mun Sang that on 5 July 2007 he disposed of 1,848,044
Ordinary Shares of 2.5p in the Company. Following the disposal he now has an
interest in 7,386,365 ordinary shares representing approximately 7.86% of the
issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
