MobilityOne Limited 26 October 2007 MobilityOne Limited ('MobilityOne' or 'the Company') Further agreements signed to increase distribution points MobilityOne Limited ('MobilityOne') is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MobilityOne Sdn Bhd ('MobilityOne Malaysia') has signed agreements with Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad ('Bank Rakyat') and Key Elite Sdn Bhd ('Key Elite') to sell its products and services through their distribution channels. Bank Rakyat is a licensed financial institution in Malaysia with over 100 branches nationwide and circa 120 Automated Teller Machines ('ATMs'). This agreement enables MobilityOne Malaysia to sell its wide range of electronic based products and services to the bank's customers through its payment channels such as Internet banking and ATMs. The deal further strengthens MobilityOne's reach through banking partners, adding to existing agreements with CIMB Bank Berhad (over 1,000 ATMs) and RHB Bank Berhad (over 500 ATMs). Key Elite is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNI Holdings Berhad ('CNI'), one of the top multi-level marketing companies in Malaysia. Multi-level marketing is a very popular method of business in Malaysia which uses a network of independent business owners to sell consumer products. The agreement with Key Elite enables MobilityOne Malaysia to sell its products and services via the distribution points located at CNI's distribution centres, through its e-commerce website and via short messaging services ('SMS') for CNI's distributors. CNI currently has 66 distribution centers and approximately 250,000 distributors throughout Malaysia. Hussian A.
