   MOBILE TORNADO SELECTED BY ERICSSON HONG KONG TO DELIVER ITS PUSH TO TALK 
         SOLUTION TO COMPANHIA DE TELECOMUNICA ES DE MACAU S.A.R.L.

Mobile Tornado, one of the world leaders in the development and deployment of
convergent instant communication applications has announced today its agreement
with Ericsson Hong Kong to deliver its Push to Talk ('PTT') solution to
Companhia de Telecommunicacoes de Macau S.A.R.L. ('CTM Macau'). Mobile Tornado
will provide its complete network infrastructure to launch this new service.

The PTT service will be targeted at business users who require fast and constant
communication links with work teams. The solution will allow the establishment
of half-duplex voice links where one person speaks and the other listens, either
in a group or one to one, with the push of a button. The Mobile Tornado solution
also possesses enhanced 'Presence' capability, allowing users to know their
contacts' availability status thus facilitating more efficient and effective
communication between users.
