                    MOBILE TORNADO GROUP PLC (the 'Company')



The Company has today made application for 1 ordinary share to be admitted to
trading on AIM.


The ordinary share was issued as part of the Company's admission to AIM  but due
to an administrative error has not yet been admitted to trading. Admission is
expected to occur on 22 December 2006.


As a result of this admission the issued share capital of the Company has not
changed and remains at 184,431,430 ordinary shares.
