                Results of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')


On 25 September 2006 the Company announced that, conditionally on the passing of
the resolutions to be put to the Company's shareholders at the EGM (the
'Resolutions'), InTechnology Plc had subscribed for 80,000,000 new ordinary
shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an issue price of 5p per share.



The Company would like to announce that at the EGM held today all Resolutions
were duly passed. Trading in the new ordinary shares of the Company will
commence on 24 October 2006.


Following admission of the Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 184,431,430
ordinary shares in issue.
