                              Total Voting Rights


In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company
notifies the market of the following:

Mobile Streams' capital consists of 35,647,924 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each
('Ordinary Shares') with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 35,647,924.

The above figure 35,647,924 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mobile Streams under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
