                              Total Voting Rights





In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company
notifies the market of the following:



Mobile Streams' capital consists of 36,268,192 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each
('Ordinary Shares') with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 36,268,192.



The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mobile Streams under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
