Mobile Streams Launches New Mobile Marketing and

Information Services in Argentina

London - 10 December 2009 - Building on the success of its mobile content clubs which have attracted tens of thousands of subscribers, and its longstanding operator portal contracts, Mobile Streams announces today that it has launched two new business lines in Argentina covering mobile information services and mobile marketing services.

The new information services from Mobile Streams will focus solely on providing text information alerts that appeal to consumers in Argentina who do not have access to or wish to use WAP and GPRS data services for downloading or accessing content on their mobile phonesThis differs from content clubs, whose subscriberreceive a package of text alerts bundled with content items such as ringtones, wallpapers and videos.

Pedro Rosillo, Senior Vice President of Latin America at Mobile Streams commented: "SMS text messaging is the dominant form of messaging and communication in our market so these new information services extend our reach and appeal to more consumers who want to receive news, weather, sports, horoscopes, lotteries and other types of text alerts on their mobile phones."

The new mobile marketing services team will assist brand owners in developing and running their mobile marketing campaigns that feature text and/or mobile content promotions and giveaways. With high levels of mobile phone usage compared to PCs in the Latin American region, mobile marketing is expected to be a large growth engine within the overall advertising market in the coming years. To deliver these services, Mobile Streams has added a new mobile marketing campaign management module to its proprietary MultiMobi technology platform.

Simon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams commented: "Its makes perfect sense for us to add these complementary mobile marketing and information services to our portfolio to build on our strong local presence within Argentina and Latin America. We are confident that these services will add further momentum in 2010 to the significant local success we have experienced in 2009."
