Mobile Streams Plc (the 'Company') was informed on 10 April 2008 of the
following acquisition of ordinary shares by a director of the Company.



Ivan Donn, non-executive director, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares on 10 April
2008 at a price of 2.35 pence per share. Mr. Donn's resultant holding of 402,500
shares represents 1.1% per cent of the Company's issued ordinary

share capital.
