Pursuant to the Mobile Streams plc Stand Alone Share Option Plan and the
Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme, options over 490,000 and 155,077
ordinary shares of 0.2p each have been exercised respectively.  Application has
been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be
admitted to AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 30 May
2007.  The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of
the Company.
