Mobile Streams announces that application has been made for 620,268 ordinary
shares of 0.2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading
on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM').



The new Ordinary Shares are being issued to the vendors of Cyoshi Mobile GmbH ('
Cyoshi'), the acquisition of which was announced on 20 April 2006, as the final
part of the deferred consideration pursuant to the terms of the sale and
purchase agreement used to effect the acquisition. These shares rank pari passu
with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to
commence on Wednesday, 30 April 2008.
