Mobile Streams plc announces that application has been made for 206,756 ordinary
shares of 0.2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading
on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM').

The new Ordinary Shares are being issued to the vendors of Cyoshi Mobile GmbH ('
Cyoshi'), the acquisition of which was announced on 20 April 2006, as the second
part of the deferred consideration pursuant to the terms of the sale and
purchase agreement used to effect the acquisition. A further 620,268 shares are
due to be issued in April 2008. These shares rank pari passu with the Company's
existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on 14 May 2007 on
AIM.
