The Board of Mobile Streams plc (the 'Company') announces that 63,700 ordinary
shares of 0.2p each in the Company have been allotted as a result of the
exercise of options in the Company's global share option plan.  Application has
been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be
admitted to AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 2 April
2007.  The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of
the Company.  Following the allotment the total issued share capital of the
Company has increased to 34,656,841 ordinary shares.
