National Express Group PLC received notification on 22 August 2001 from CGNU
plc on behalf of their subsidiary, Morley Fund Management Limited, that their
interest in the Company's share capital has fallen to 5,134,731 shares
representing 3.89% of the issued share capital of the Company.
