The Company announces that on 6 June 2014, the following individual connected to Bridget Guérin, a director of the Company was allotted and issued the numbers of ordinary shares shown below at a deemed issue price of 108 pence per share:

Director Benoit Guérin (spouse of Bridget Guérin)

Ordinary shares  allotted 4,780

Percentage of issued share capital acquired 0.008%

Total notifiable holding following the transaction 4,780

Percentage of issued share capital and total voting rights following the transaction 0.008%

Following this transaction,  Mrs Guérin's beneficial interest in the Company  is 39,755 shares, amounting to approximately 0.065 per cent of  the issued share capital of the Company.
