Change of Accounting Reference Date



Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that the Company's Accounting Reference
date has been changed from 30 June to 30 September.



The Company's first Annual Report and Accounts, covering the period before the
Company made its first allotment of shares and the shares were first admitted to
the official list of the UK Listing Authority, will therefore be made up to 30
September 2004 and will be circulated to shareholders in March 2005.
