Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 14 December 2018, it purchased 119,250 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 88.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 49,184,909 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
