Purchase of shares for cancellation

Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 29 March 2016 it purchased 150,000 of the Company's own Ordinary shares at a price of 104.50 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 36,068,463 Ordinary shares of 1 pence in issue.
