Issue of further equity

The  Board is pleased to announce that a further  227,484
ordinary shares have been issued under the terms  of  the
Company's Offer for Subscription.

These  shares have been admitted to the Official List  of
the UK Listing Authority and application has been made to
the  London  Stock Exchange plc for these  shares  to  be
admitted to trading on its market for listed securities.

The  Board also announces that the Offer for Subscription
is now closed
