Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 9 February 2006 it allotted and issued 355,227 new
C Ordinary shares ("C shares") of 1p each under the offer for subscription at a
price of 100p.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 12,566,147
Ordinary Shares and 2,630,726 C Shares.
