Issue of Equity



The Company announces that on 5 January 2006 it allotted and issued 531,562 new
C Ordinary shares ("C shares") of 1p each under the offer for subscription at a
price of 100p.



Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 12,686,147
Ordinary Shares and 1,579,339 C Shares.
