Issue of Equity
The Board is pleased to announce that a further 177,000
shares have been issued under the terms of Matrix
e-Ventures VCT Plc's Offer for Subscription.
Application has been made to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority for these shares to commence dealings
on the London Stock Exchange plc.
The Offer for Subscription remains open for acceptance.
