Further issue of equity
The Board is pleased to announce that a further 91,225
ordinary shares have been issued under the terms of the
Matrix e-Ventures Fund VCT Plc's Offer for Subscription.
Application has been made to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority London for these shares to be admitted
to dealings on the London Stock Exchange plc.
