Matrix e-Ventures Fund VCT Plc
Extension of Offer for Subscription
The directors announce that the Offer for Subscription to
raise up to £20 million for the issue of new ordinary
shares at 100p per share (announced on 10 May 2000) has
been extended to 30th November 2000. To date £11.5
million has been raised.
