Shareholder Update
The Board is pleased to announce that a further 225,238
shares have been issued under the terms of Matrix
e-Ventures VCT plc's Offer for Subscription.
Application has been made to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority for these shares to be admitted to
dealings on the London Stock Exchange Limited.
The Offer for Subscription remains open for acceptance.
