Matrix e-Ventures Fund VCT plc
Further issue of shares
The Board is pleased to announce that a further 105,590
ordinary shares have been issued under the terms of the
Matrix e-Ventures Fund VCT plc's Offer for Subscription.
Application has been made to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange plc
for these ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on
the London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed
securities.
