Board changes
The Board of MJ Hudson Group plc (AIM:MJH) announces that Andreas Tautscher and Charles Spicer have resigned as non-executive directors. Andreas Tautscher was Chairman of the Group audit committee and Charles Spicer was Chairman of the Group remuneration committee. The Board would like to thank both Andreas and Charles for their contribution over the three years since the Company's admission to AIM in 2019.
