In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The UK Market Abuse Regulation, the Company was notified on 28 July 2022 that North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, a legal person closely associated with Christopher Mills, a Director of the Company, acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in London on 28 July 2022 at a purchase price of £5.15 per Ordinary Share.
