Blocklisting and Issue of Equity



The Company has applied to the UK Listing Authority for a blocklisting of
200,000 ordinary 2p shares, under the MJ Gleeson Share Save Scheme to be
admitted to the Official List, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange upon
issuance.



These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company.
