MJ GLEESON GROUP PLC ('Gleesons' or 'the Company')
HOLDING IN COMPANY
The Company was notified on 20 February 2001 that
following a sale on 16 February 2001 of 369,500 ordinary
shares in Gleesons, representing 3.62 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company, YJL Plc no longer
has a notifiable interest in the capital of MJ Gleeson
Group plc.
