HOLDING IN COMPANY
The Company has been notified today that B. S. Pension Fund Trustee Limited
reduced their holding of ordinary shares from 309,000 (which represents 3.02%
of the issued share capital of the Company) to 250,000 (which represents 2.45%
of the issued share capital of the Company).
