The Company was advised on the 28th March 2000 that on 24th March 2000, E St.
C Stobart a Director of the company purchased 1,075 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each in the Company (0.01%), at a purchase price of £6.25 per Share. His
resultant total is now 2,160 shares representing .02% of the issued share
capital of the company.
