The Company was informed that on 31 March Dermot Gleeson exercised the following
options that were granted under the Company's 2002 sharesave scheme.



1,550 shares at an exercise price of £1.48 per share under the 2003 grant; and



579 shares at an exercise price of £1.89 per share under the 2004 grant.



Following these transactions Dermot Gleeson owns 722,888 shares of the issued
share capital of the Company.
