The Company was advised that on 1 July 2005 the Directors listed below acquired
Shares in the Company at a purchase price of £1.97 per Share.  Their previous
and current Share Holdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as
follows:

The above Shares were acquired through the exercise of options held under an
Inland Revenue approved SAYE Option Scheme.

The Company was also advised on 5 July 2005 that on 4 July 2005 the Directors
listed below acquired Shares in the Company at a purchase price of £3.12 per
Share.  Their previous and current Share Holdings, including those held by
Related Persons, are as follows:

These Shares being acquired by reinvestment of the dividend earned on Share
