The Company was advised yesterday that, on 5 June 2006, the Directors and
Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMR') listed below acquired
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a purchase price of £4.035 per Ordinary Share
through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme which has been approved
by the Inland Revenue.  Their previous and current share holdings are as
